Cohen Plaza, now with donkeys, ducks, and a vegetable garden. The tree with the tire swing is an apple tree, and there's a rain barrel to collect water for the garden. Pedestrian & bike lane added beyond the fence.

People use the island around the Revolutionary War monument as a skatepark anyway, so why not make it a real one? Plus a basketball court, bike racks, another apple tree, and a charging station for electric cars.

Station North.  Even more apple trees (I'm from Virginia, okay), a flock of sheep, and rice. The Light Rail has been elevated to make room for more trees!
